Thread lifts emerged because many people — perhaps you — would like a facelift, but can't afford it or don't want the long recovery time of the standard facelift. Thread lifts have decreased in popularity, but in proper hands they can still be a useful tool. It is perhaps better considered as a lesser, or preliminary procedure. Thread lifts cost less and require less downtime for many people. Some plastic surgeons promote the thread lift as a "lunchtime lift" or "weekend facelift." Usually it can be performed in about one hour.
Who Should Consider a Thread Lift?
As we age, our facial support structure weakens, and we lose facial fat. The affected areas generally include the cheeks, the eyebrows and other areas around the eyes, the jowls and the neck. The result is a longer, older-looking face.

exercise routines and hourly visits to their various specialized doctors
has got to account for something!
Anywho for many that have jobs and busy schedules, its tough to maintain your once 20 year old physique and skin!
Here are some suggestions that can show great results in such a short time period.
Facials!
Such a great way to remove any dead skin and extract any acne that you
may have before any holiday events. It is best to leave the extractions
to the professionals as they will leave your skin clean and without any

Tuck in earlier to go from tired to inspired. "Darkness is a cue for

& Science University in Portland. "In the winter, when you wake up
before sunrise, it's like having jet lag — for four or five months,"
Lewy says. If it's not possible to wait for the sun to sneak in your
workout when you're more energized, he suggests making your wake-up
easier by going to bed 15 minutes earlier each week over the next four
weeks: Set your cell phone alarm for when it's time to hit the sack at
night and avoid computer and TV use for an hour before bedtime to shut
out light and other brain stimulators. That extra hour of shut-eye could
make a huge difference in your morning-after mood: Brazilian
researchers randomly assessed 200 healthy people and found that night
owls, who went to sleep at midnight, were almost three times more likely
to experience severe symptoms of depression than those who turned in at
