Now what is Botox?

is a protein is used in cosmetic medicine to treat moderate to severe brow furrow (glabellar lines), uncontrolled blinking, lazy eye, wrinkles, and facial creases.

Botox goes beyond the typical steriotype and can actually give you the results that you are looking for.

Around the Eyes

The muscles around the eyes react in full co-ordination to the feelings as someone laughs, smiles, cries or frowns. This happens so much that fine lines are formed around the eyes. As we age, these lines show and become deeper and thicker. These fine lines on the outside of the eyes are also known as crow’s feet. For these lines to disappear, Botox is injected in the particular muscles around the eyes so as to stop contraction of muscles and smoothing of wrinkles.

Eyelids

The condition where the muscles that handle the blinking of the eyes start to contract is known as Blepharospasm. Depending on how serious the problem is, patients who have blepharospasm face difficulties in carrying out everyday activities like reading, driving and working.

The toxin is injected in the muscles around the lids of the eye so that their speedy contractions are stopped. This method is one of the most suggested treatment methods for blepharospasm. This solution is again not a long term one but a temporary relief that lasts for around four months.

Armpit

Axillary Hyperhidrosis is excessive perspiration especially in the armpit and botox is a suggested treatment method for that. Small injections are given in the armpit area so that the nerves get paralyzed and signals are send to the sweat glands that develop sweat are blocked. Sweating is stopped by stopping the nerve signals. It should be remembered that the effect of this procedure lasts not life long but for around three to six months and a patient who has this problem usually needs around three Botox treatments in a year if he or she wants to have the excessive sweating to be stopped in their area.

Neck and Shoulder Areas

Uncontrolled and involuntary muscle spams in the shoulders and neck that results in awkward postures and jerky movements is called Cervical Dystonia. Botox injections injected in the shoulder and neck areas are used to treat this condition.

Important** Botox is not intended for children, not even the children from Toddlers and Tiaras.

The Differences Between Spas of all Kinds

Now what are the real differences??

For those of us who don’t frequently go to spas as often as we would like too, the difference between a day spa and a resort spa may be very small to us. But for those who are regulars in the all-relaxing atmosphere know exactly what the differences are between a day spa and a resort spa.

Some spas are associated with a hotel, The location and the size of the hotel will differentiate whether you are a resort, a hotel spa or day spa. Basically, if you are not associated with any hotel you do not have the overnight stay option. That’s what differentiates a day spa from a hotel or a resort spa.

Experts in the field of day spas agree that potential clients should do as much research as possible prior to your visit to the day spa. Also, knowing if the spa is connected with a hotel can help or hinder in the process. Spas that are located inside of hotels offer their patrons a much wider array of relaxing and pampering options. For example, anyone registered in the hotel of a resort spa will likely receive benefits and options that others would not receive.

Activia.... Is it really enough?
The media talks a lot about Activia with probiotics, right? This is good because it open your eyes for the goodness of taking probiotics. Probiotics are the good bacteria that live in the intestine and that help to stop inflammation, fight infection, restore intestinal health and as well help continue normal bowel movements.

Inspire Med Spa is hosting a Grand Opening Event on their newly renovated location. The Event will feature Dr. Gisele Castelluber. This event is intended to reveal the potential and the changes that this business has made throughout the years. As an anti-aging specialist, Dr. Castelluber's dreams were to open up a medical spa that she could call her own. She recalls numerous times where she says "when a patient thanks her for changing their life for the better and the changes within themselves are sometimes worth more than money."

In meeting several big names within the fashion industry and being a part of many events/causes, she loves to bring the entertaining atmosphere to her Medical Spa. In doing so, she plans on bringing live music, food/ beverages, amazing professionals within the industry and a fun atmosphere to motivate others to want to better themselves.

Dr. Castelluber’s new Inspire Med Spa is a medical Spa all about helping people reach their optimum health without having the need to be sick. Beauty is a subject experience and is different when is being evaluated through culture,male or female ,ethnicity and background .Beauty for men is different from women . Men is much more visual,he appreciates body shape,form and style but beleive me ,they 're much less perfectionist than women!When they say "women dress up for other women to see" ,is very true!

Male beauty is not just a fit body or a beautiful face,is the personality, self steem , grooming and class.Another important aspect is health,when you don't feel well, all the other beauty aspects loose their effect.

General health tips are: balance diet with fresh fruits and vegetables,lean protein and whole grain cereals.Avoid by all means processed foods.Exercise at least 30 min to increase your heart rate to see results and last but not least the importance of a good night sleep can not be underestimated.Usually men need 7 to 8 hours of sleep .If symptoms of fatigue ,low energy ,decreased sex drive, irritabilitystart to set in ,this is the time to check your hormones, that could be out of balance. Excess stress ,exposure to toxics in our enviroment.
